I took photos when i went to the museum.

The tower and archway at Burwash Hall residences.

Looking through the arch towards the quad.

'Old Vic' - Victoria College the building, where the Toronto Comic Arts Festrival is being held this year. I never had any classes in here. Victoria College is a university in its own right, but has merged its arts and sciences courses with University of Toronto. The original Victoria College building, from before the merger, is in Cobourg (i took a photo a few weeks ago).

I lived in North House for 4 years, 3 in the room above the doorway. It had a fireplace (i never used it). I liked the bay window. The interiors were totally renovated in 1995 (after my time). The gateway to Charles Street is just to the left.

The gateway from Charles Street.

The north side of the Royal Ontario Museum, construction still visible.

People in an empty space.

No one but me in an empty space.

I wonder what's going to be here, since generally galleries don't use actual sunlight.

Looking down a stairwell.

"Band of brothers, marching together.
Heads held high in all kinds of weather."

New meets old!

I'm all for open spaces, but some seem wasted.

They had a big exhibit on glass paperweights.

I believe that's the gift store.

Trilobite, somewhrere between half and a quarter billion years old. Take that, Adam.

Sea scorpion (not actually scorpions), and also between half and a quarter billion years old.

Oh shit! Don't go there.

The front plaza.

A wide shot of the north end, with the Crystal grafted onto the old building. |
