Saturday, i went to Little Italy to see a movie. I walked around a bit before having supper.

Looking down Clinton towards College Street.

At the northwest corner of Clinton and College looking east.

Further east at Palmerston, looking west along College.

Returning west, at Manning, looking west along College. That glow in the centre is a reflection off a building.

Near the southeast corner of Clinton and College, looking north at Cafe Diplomatico - eaten there a few times. "Mini (-Market) by Tempo" (same as "Supermarket" in Kensington) is on the far left.

Just a little further west, at the Royal cinema. You can see the shiny buildings.

Looking west along the south side of College, from just past Clinton. That place on the left is called "I Feel Like A Crêpe" - looks more like a bar than a crêperie. What's with the bikes?

Looking west along the north side of College, from just past Clinton.

This is from the inside of Mini, which is more an appetizer/tapas style place, looking at the intersection of College and Clinton.

Looking to the right a touch, at the south side of College. I dashed into the bookstore briefly, but resisted temptation. By the way, there was filming in the corner behind me, so cooking was delayed a bit. I managed with a Strongbow.

For supper i started with the edamame (which was interestingly peppered as well as salted). The main course (above): 'grilled chicken satays marinated with lemongrass served with a green papaya salad with a mint chili vinaigrette, crispy shallots and toasted peanuts'. Dessert was 'classic french lemon tart with raspberry coulis'.

This is outside the theatre after the movie - you can the Joe Strummer poster.

The attendant in the old fashioned ticket booth was rather pretty.
